2 Timothy 1:13

FOR THE BI-VOCATIONAL LEADER

We know you wear a lot of hats. We know you may be the pastor, the worship leader, the children's minister, and the janitor all at once. Every resource in Sound is designed to be accessible, adaptable, and immediately useful, even when time and team are limited. The church you have is exactly the church these resources were built for.

What is The Sound?

The name Sound comes from 2 Timothy 1:13, where Paul urges Timothy to “hold fast the pattern of sound teaching.” That’s exactly what this resource library is built to help you do; hold fast to teaching that is biblically grounded, theologically rich, and practically useful for the church you actually lead.

Sound is not just a collection of materials. It is a ministry philosophy made practical. Every resource inside Sound flows from the IPHC Kids Ministry five-essentials strategy, Engage, Grow, Learn, Experience, and Belong, ensuring that what you put in your leaders’ hands and what happens in your ministry spaces all works together toward one goal: children who know Jesus and grow as His disciples for life.

Whether you lead a large children's ministry with a full team, or you’re a bi-vocational pastor doing it all yourself on a Sunday morning, Sound was built for you. We know the IPHC. We know that most of our churches are small, our leaders are stretched, and our love for kids is enormous. These resources meet you where you are.

Family & Intergenerational Resources

We believe the family is the primary environment where faith is formed, and the church exists to support and equip that mission. Sound includes resources specifically designed to strengthen the parent-child discipleship relationship at home, family devotional helps, conversation guides, and tools that connect what kids are learning at church to everyday life. This is where IPHC Kids partners with IPHC Discipleship Ministries’ The Initiative for Faith and Family (The-IFF). Because faith formed at home lasts a lifetime.

Multigenerational Worship Models

One of the hallmarks of IPHC Kids Ministry is the cross-generational philosophy; the conviction that children belong in the full life of the church, not just in a separate room down the hall. Sound includes practical multigenerational worship models designed for churches of every size, giving you a roadmap for integrating children into worship, prayer, and community in meaningful, age-appropriate ways.

Our Just Cause

Our Why

There is no shortage of children’s ministry resources in the world. But not all of them were built with your church in mind.

This is our why.

Sound is different because it is rooted in a coherent philosophy, one that has been developed specifically for IPHC churches, tested in real ministry contexts, and grounded at every point in the authority of Scripture.

When you use Sound resources, you’re not just getting curriculum. You’re getting a ministry framework that connects what happens on Sunday morning to what happens in the home, what happens in the classroom to what happens in the sanctuary, and what happens this year to the lifelong journey of a child’s faith.

That’s what it means to hold fast to sound words. Not just to teach truth, but to build the kind of ministry where truth takes root and grows.
